Sell

Submission of work for sale should be made most simply by using the Submit Work button or by email to: hello@galeriasopra.com
Please include the author's name and the phrase "auction submission" or "online gallery submission" in the title of the email. Any number of works may be submitted. In the body of the email, please include the title, dimensions, year of creation, technique and the author's price. Please also include photographs of the works in jpg format.

In the Galeria Sopra online shop available on this website or by participating in our auctions.

Bid

1. In person: if you wish to take part in a stationary auction in person, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the auction to sign and complete the relevant documents. An auction number will then be assigned. The location of the auction is announced on the Sopra Gallery website. We recommend that you notify us of your wish to attend the auction in person by email to speed up registration.
2. By phone: report this by sending an email to: aukcje@galeriasopra.com or by telephone. During the bidding process, a selected employee of Sopra Gallery will call the number indicated and keep the bidder informed of the auction and bid on behalf of the principal.
3. Online: by registering with the services: onebid.plartinfo.pl

Payment methods

After a successful purchase, the work auctioned or purchased in the gallery sale must be paid for. Payment methods available: cash on the spot or bank transfer to: Sopra Art Foundation: mBank: 82 1140 2004 0000 3802 8129 5585
You can then collect your purchased artwork - either in person or by choosing the courier transport option.

Complaints and returns

  1. The seller stresses that the objects on offer are individual, frequently used objects, while canvas is one of the soft items, easily subject to scratches and dents. Although the Seller makes every effort to accurately describe any faults in the offered items, some of them bear the signs of the passage of time.
  2. Klient może składać Sprzedającemu reklamacje dotyczące zakupionego przedmiotu pod adresem hello@galeriasopra.com lub w formie pisemnej na adres Sprzedającego. Poprawnie złożona reklamacja powinna zawierać co najmniej:
    - Name, address, e-mail address of the customer,
    - the date of purchase of the advertised item,
    - the subject of the complaint, indicating the customer's request.
    - any circumstances justifying the complaint.
  3. If the data or information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented, the Seller shall request the complainant to supplement the complaint to the extent indicated before considering the complaint.
  4. The seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it in its correct form.
  5. A reply to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address or postal address provided by the customer.

Delivery

  1. Purchased items are dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of payment at the latest, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, via courier service.
  2. The cost of delivery is paid by the customer. The charges may vary depending on the item offered and are stated in the order in the section: "Method of delivery".
  3. In exceptional cases, the postage cost is calculated individually at the customer's request.
  4. The delivery time of the purchased item from the moment of dispatch is on average: in the case of a domestic courier company, two to three working days. In the case of international delivery, depending on the delivery address
  5. The seller is not responsible for loss of objects or damage caused by courier companies.
  6. The buyer may also collect the purchased item in person, after agreeing the circumstances of collection with the Seller.
  7. The Customer, who is a Consumer, has the right to return an object purchased from the website, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of its receipt. In this case, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer.
  8. The payment will be refunded immediately after the Seller receives the returned item, provided that the Customer returns the item in a condition unchanged from the one in which he/she purchased it. The Customer undertakes to properly secure the returned parcel. Upon the Customer's request, the Seller shall give any instructions as to the proper form of packaging of the returned item.
  9. For domestic returns, if the purchased item is returned, the Seller will reimburse the Customer for the cost of returning the item up to the amount of the postage costs quoted.
