This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the collection, processing and use of Customers' personal data obtained by Sopra Gallery acting within the Sopra Art Foundation with its registered office at 110 Wyszyńskiego Street, 50-307 Wrocław.

§1 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. In respecting the privacy rights of customers, the Gallery takes care of the security of the personal data entrusted to it and processes them in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as RODO.
  2. The gallery uses the secure SSL communication encryption protocol.
  3. The administrator of the personal data of the Clients provided voluntarily to the Gallery within the framework of subscribing to the newsletter, registering and placing an order is Galeria Sopra acting within the framework of Sopra Art Foundation with its registered office at ul. Wyszyńskiego 110. 50-307 Wrocław. NIP: 8982264436
  4. The Gallery processes personal data necessary for the proper fulfilment of the order, i.e. the Customer's name, email address and contact telephone number, postal address. The Gallery contacts the Customer by telephone and email address.
  5. The Gallery reserves the right to use online tools such as Google Analytics to keep statistics on the number of page views.
  6. Customers' personal data are processed using professional software.
  7. Every customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  8. Customers' personal data are treated confidentially, are protected against unauthorised access and are not made available to third parties. They may be forwarded to a courier company or the Polish Postal Service exclusively for the purpose of processing the order.
  9. In specific situations provided for by Polish law, personal data may be made available to state institutions and authorities.
  10. Customers who have agreed to receive offers by e-mail have the option to remove their e-mail address from the mailing list by sending a reply to the Newsletter stating: "I do not consent to receive Newsletter messages".
  11. The deletion of the Customer's personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  12. The Gallery reserves the right to process Customers' personal data after the withdrawal of consent only to the extent and for the purpose of asserting potential claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Gallery to retain the data.

§2 COOKIES

  1. Cookies are information stored on your computer by websites you visit. The manufacturers of the individual web browsers decide in which form the cookies are stored on your computer.   3. Customers visiting the Gallery's online shop may, by modifying the settings of their Internet browser, prevent the storage of cookies on their computers or delete such stored files permanently.
  4. We process cookies for two reasons:
    - They are necessary for the operation of the Website. Such cookies are referred to as "technical cookies". Their deletion or rejection may cause malfunctions of the Service.
    - We want to be close to Users' needs and therefore analyse anonymised information about the use of the Service.

§3 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The Gallery's website may contain links and references to other websites. The Gallery is not responsible for the privacy protection rules applicable on such websites. Customers are encouraged, when they navigate via the Shop to a site managed by another administrator, to familiarise themselves with the privacy policy adopted there.
